Xvand Technology Corporation maintains its own internal electronic communication
lists. Xvand Technology Corporation is a Business to Business corporate entity and
is not bound by any state or federal "Do Not Call Lists". However it is Xvand Technology
Corporation's policy to act upon the wishes of individuals to be removed from any
